  3. Return Process
    To apply for a return, please follow the steps below:
    Contact us: Please contact our customer service team by email or hotline to let us know why you want to return the product.
    Get a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) and send you a return label.
    Prepare for return: Put the product and all accessories in the original packaging, make sure the product is eligible for return, and write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
    Send the product back: Send the package back to the address we specify, and make sure you save the courier tracking number for reference.
  4. Refund Processing

  5. Shipping Policy
